Bright and Cheery
I think I just scared the crap out of one of our stress analysts by being here in my office all chipper when he walked in. Charlie’s very used to being the first person into the office.

Ummm… I would hope that he is normally the first one in since you posted this AT 6:25 AM!!!!
Why weren’t you still at home in bed, or playing video games, or watching Tv, or something other than work.

I was going to come in on Saturday, but for whatever reason, I could never get good and asleep on Friday night, so I napped reallllllly hard on Saturday. [Seven hours passed on the couch with nary a notice from me. I do good to sleep two hours without waking!]
So I came in early. Normally, I would have spent that time at home, reading or thinking or generally being a, um, dork.
