Who Needs Sleep?

Harvard Magazine is under the impression that we need sleep. Maybe so. I won’t sleep today, though.

I do know that this week, when I’ve had good nights of sleep, I’ve been more effective. Also, being effective has made me less stressed, which lets me sleep better. I think that’s called a positive feedback loop.

And yet, here I sit, mucking up my sleep schedule. Ay yi yi!

This is why it would be nice if you could draft posts and program WP to publish them at preset dates and times.

  2. Geof F. Morris:

WP can publish stuff I pre-write: you just set the timestamp forward and hit Publish. It won’t show up until the time ticks past.

However, that’s against the rules of the Blogathon.

Positive feedback loops are bad…. things blow up that way.
