A Personal AttentionTrust

Now that AttentionTrust has released a Firefox extension to allow you to log and share your attention data and has also put out a toolkit to accept that attention data, I wonder what enterprising LAMP developer is going to take that toolkit, read the FAQ and the specifications for it, and roll their own GPL‘d service for people to install on their own? See, I use multiple browsers, and aggregating my attention data from all those sources? That would be valuable.

It might be interesting for small, concentrated working groups to internally share their attention data. For example, why ask Alex and Scott to actively share attention stuff in their FeedLounge work, when they could pool their attention data?

Just a thought … and I guess that, because I’m AttentionTrusted, I could run this kind of thing myself.

I’m not sure I understand what attention data is….. even after going to the website.

I suppose it’s nothing I need to worry about then. :)
